FC Andorra, a club owned by Gerrard Pique, have appointed former Barcelona assistant coach Eder Sarabia as head coach.

Sarabia, who was Quique Setién’s assistant has been appointed by Pique, with the aim of achieving promotion to Spain’s Second Division.

Until a few months ago, Sarabia was Pique’s coach at the Barcelona and now finds himself working under Pique’s orders at the Andorran club.

The 40-year-old has signed a contract until June 2023.
