As the 2023 general election of approaching, certain Nollywood veteran actors endorsed Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of All Progressive Congress (APC). Veteran actor, Monsuru Obadina shared a campaign soundtrack he created for the presidential candidate on social media.
Obadina claims that several of the industry’s top professionals who are pushing for a Tinubu presidency also endorse the track. There were several names given, including Jide Kosoko, Adebayo Salami also known as Oga Bello, Yinka Quadri, Segun Arinze, Ebun Oloyede also known as Olaiya Igwe, Taiwo Hassan also known as Ogogo, and Foluke Daramola Salako.
